Is 3NF possible without FDs including all attributes?


I'm wondering if 3NF is possible to be reached if the FDs don't include all the attributes defined in the relation.
e.g.
R(A,B,C,D,E,F)
F={AB->C, AB->E, F->B}
Can the above be considered 3NF without a FD which determines the attribute D?
